Abstract: There is provided a method and system for deploying a VoIP telephone system to a location, the VoIP telephone system including a server for managing communication to and from one or more VoIP telephones via a network, comprising: collecting information associated with a dial plan for a plurality of users for location and updating the dial plan; automatically generating a plurality of output data files comprising data from the dial plan, each output data file being generated for each unique combination of VoIP telephone type, number of extensions per VoIP telephone and calling search space for the location; and configuring the server of the VoIP system via each unique output data file.

Abstract: A medication delivery pen having a vial retainer with a side opening have flexible snap wings that spread to receive and retain a standard or threaded vial within the vial retainer. The vial retainer also includes an improved means of attaching the vial retainer to a pen injector body, using a cam and cam follower design together with a ratcheting mechanism to prevent removal of the vial from the medication delivery pen. Alternatively, a release mechanism could be used so that the vial may be removed from the medication delivery pen. In addition, the vial retainer includes an opening for receiving the vial defined by a pair of flexible snap wings.

Abstract: An animal housing including a housing top, a housing bottom with a perforated floor, and a skirt. The skirt is configured so as to receive and support the housing bottom. A pan is disposed within the skirt such that the perforated floor of the housing bottom allows dander, urine and feces to drop therethrough onto the pan, and the pan is insertable into and removable from the skirt without disturbing the remainder of the animal housing. The animal housing further includes negative air flow means communicating with the skirt to produce a gas flow from the skirt to the negative air flow means. The animal housing may also include a frame and a bottle. The bottle includes a mouth having at least one lateral interior flange and at least one lateral exterior flange extending from the outer circumference thereof, and the frame includes a panel having at least one bottle-receiving aperture for receiving the mouth of the bottle.

Abstract: An animal cage rack locking mechanism is provided for releasable locking a cage to an animal cage rack. An indexing arm disposed in a sleeve extends into the slide path of the cage and is coupled to a locking arm also disposed in the sleeve. When the cage is slid into the rack, the indexing arm causes the locking arm to extend from the sleeve to lock the cage in place.

Abstract: A sweeping machine which includes a debris collection hopper and filter assembly which is readily attached to the lift bars of a conventional forklift so as to be manipulated both horizontally and vertically by the forklift and which is mounted thereto so as to float relative to the forklift in order to follow the contour of the surface being swept.

Abstract: A focused beam of light from a light source is directed into a closed smoke chamber, having inlets for admitting smoke particles, toward a reflector which reflects and refocuses the beam back into the light source, the direct beam and the reflected beam passing through a test zone within the chamber. In the event that smoke particles enter the test zone, the direct and reflected beams strike and bounce off of those particles to produce scattered radiation that will be picked up and detected by a light responsive sensor to generate an alarm signal. By closely controlling, rather than baffling the light, optimum operation is obtained, efficiency is enhanced and false alarms are minimized.
