Abstract: The present system and method allow an event holder to gather marketing information from event attendee ticket holders. Each attendee's ticket is scanned to determine the attendee's seat number or ticket number. The system then prompts the attendee to enter personal information through a user interface. All information collected from the attendee is correlated with the attendee's seat number or ticket number in real time and transmitted, again in real time, to at least one customer relationship management database. The system then transmits, in real time, at least one communication to the attendee using the information collected to verify information accuracy.
