  • Patent number: 11945182
Abstract: An assembly (10) for positioning sensors within a tire is provided that has first and second bead sensors (14,16), and first and second side-wall/shoulder sensors (18, 20). A first actuator (30) moves the sensors in a radial direction of the tire, and a second actuator (32) moves the first and second bead sensors in the axial direction of the tire. A third actuator (34) is present and moves the first and second bead sensors in the axial direction relative to the first and second sidewall/shoulder sensors. A fourth actuator (36) moves the first and second bead sensors in the axial direction relative to one another, and a fifth actuator (38) moves the first and second sidewall/shoulder sensors in the axial direction relative to one another.

  • Patent number: 8588396
Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for monitoring activities of a plurality of agents servicing a plurality of calls for an organization. The method includes the steps of monitoring a plurality of applications on a terminal of an agent of the plurality of agents, detecting selection of an application of the plurality of applications, identifying a call associated with the selected application of the plurality of calls and saving a time of selection and an identifier of the application in a respective file or database of the identified call for future retrieval.

  • Publication number: 20120057894
Abstract: A method and printing apparatus include a plurality of components and a controller operatively connected to the components. Further, a power supply is also operatively connected to the components. The controller selectively limits the operations of selected ones of the components to prevent all the components of the printing apparatus from collectively drawing from the power supply an amount of power that exceeds a power limit.

  • Patent number: 7453267
Abstract: A branch circuit monitoring system includes a plurality of current sensor modules that are installable in a panelboard. Each of the current sensor modules may be associated with a respective one of a plurality of branch circuits included in the panelboard. Each of the current sensor modules may include a current sensor, operating logic and a communication module. The current sensor may measure a power parameter of the respective branch circuit associated therewith. The operating logic may be coupled with the current sensor and the communication module, and may direct the overall functionality of the current sensor module. The communication module may be operable to communicate with a device external to the current sensor module.

  • Publication number: 20070204062
Abstract: A system, method, and device for routing a request in a contact center are disclosed. The exemplary system may have a workstation for transmitting a request and a server responsive to said at least one workstation. The server may have a servlet container and filter portion for receiving and routing the request and for automatically generating a response to the request. The servlet container may create a response object when the request from the workstation is received, and associates the response objects with the response and the request. The filter portion may parse the request for one or more request objects to determine a routing destination and modify the response objects based on the routing destination.

  • Patent number: 6816880
Abstract: A web browser based client workstation receives web browser based information and displays the web browser based information in a web page browser format. The web browser based information may include operation critical application information which is interactively displayed and utilized to perform an operation critical application from the client workstation. The operation critical application may include a telephony application. The web browser based client workstation may include a script wizard for allowing a user to generate non-proprietary, industry standard, active objects to handle one or more applications. The client workstation may also include at least one host connection active object to handle information exchange between the web browser based client workstation and a host computer/database. Persistent data to be utilized by the client workstation may be stored within the workstation for later reuse without access to a server computer.

  • Patent number: 4068177
Abstract: A communication receiver for receiving speech and sequential control tones wherein a pulser circuit is provided and rendered operative in a predetermined manner to produce a pulse pattern for intermittently rendering the receiver operative. The receiver comprises a tunable filter for selecting the desired control tones and detector circuits for detecting said control tones to provide a plurality of control signals. Said control signals are employed to control the pulser circuit to render the receiver operative to receive speech and control tones in a predetermined manner. The tunable circuit is responsive to said detected control tones for having its tuning changed to sequentially receive said control tones.
