    Abstract: A warm-up sleeve to be worn by an athlete engaged in vigorous physical activity such as pitching a baseball or throwing a football. The warm-up sleeve includes a body portion for covering the wearer's arm, a shoulder portion for covering the wearer's shoulder and chest muscles and a strap arrangement for retaining the sleeve in place on the arm of the wearer without interfering with his freedom of movement.
