The system may allow authorized users for various parties to perform functions based on the user's role and permissions, and based on the status of the lien payoff and title transfer processes for associated vehicles. After performing functions within these processes, the system may identify and initiate communications with one or more addition parties involved in the lien payoff and title transfer processes. Communication preferences may also be stored and applied for various parties and users within the title transfer and lien payoff system.
