  • Patent number: 5398429
Abstract: A new and improved cleat receiving shoe sole apparatus includes a flexible base member which includes a plurality of wells for receiving respective cleats of a cleated shoe, and which includes a shoe-bonding assembly for bonding the flexible base member to the cleated shoe. The shoe-bonding assembly may include a cleat-bonding assembly, located in the wells, for removably and replaceably bonding the wells to the respective cleats. The shoe-bonding assembly may include a layer of a tacky adhesive applied to a top surface of the flexible base member for adhering the flexible base member to the cleated shoe. Also, the cleat-bonding assembly may include respective layers of a tacky adhesive applied to respective inner walls of the wells, such that the flexible base member may be adhered to the cleats of the shoe.

  • Patent number: 4117942
Abstract: A bale wagon has improved actuating means for adjustably moving sideboard structures supported along opposite sides of a load bed on the bale wagon in order to change the spacing between the structures so that formation of stacks having different widths may be accommodated on the load bed. Each of the sideboard structures is supported by an upstanding member. The improved means includes an elongated tube extending along and rotatably mounted to each upstanding member and a set of upper and lower linkages associated with each elongated tube, the linkages respectively interconnecting upper and lower portions of the elongated tube with respective adjacent end portions of upper and lower means which support upper and lower portions of the respective upstanding member for movement toward and away from the load bed side. Furthermore, each set of the linkages are retractible and extensible upon respective rotation and counter-rotation of the elongated tube.

  • Patent number: 3945507
Abstract: A bale wagon has improved means for facilitating tier pattern selection and formation on a table of the wagon. A plurality of paddles are mounted on the table for sensing bale presence at any of a plurality of locations thereon and, upon sensing a bale, actuating some of a plurality of operable means associated with the table for arranging bales into a plurality of tier patterns on the table. A cam acts upon a plurality of links, being associated therewith and coupled with respective paddles, for selecting which of the paddles will actuate the operable means and in such manner thereby selects which of the tier patterns will be formed. The cam may be moved between different positions for selecting different ones of the paddles.
