  • Publication number: 20220084348
Abstract: An electric vehicle charging station network includes multiple electric vehicle charging stations belonging to multiple charging station hosts. Each host controls one or more charging stations. A charging station network server provides an interface that allows each of the hosts to define one or more pricing specifications for charging electric vehicles on one or more of their electric vehicle charging stations belonging to that host. The pricing specifications are applied to the charging stations such that a cost of charging electric vehicles using those charging stations is calculated according to the pricing specifications.

  • Publication number: 20220084603
Abstract: A memory device to search for a voltage optimized to read a group of memory cells. In response to a read command, the memory device measures first signal and noise characteristics of the memory cells by reading the memory cells at first test voltages. Based on the first signal and noise characteristics, the memory device may determine that the optimized read voltage is outside of a range of the first test voltages. In response, the memory device determines, based on the first signal and noise characteristics, an estimate of the optimized read voltage, and measures second signal and noise characteristics by reading at second test voltages configured around the estimate. The optimized read voltage can be computed based at least in part on the second signal and noise characteristics. The memory device retrieves data from the memory cells using the optimized read voltage.

  • Publication number: 20220081831
Abstract: This invention relates to a method for dyeing fabrics, yarns and fibers using microorganisms whereby the adsorption of dye-containing microorganisms onto textile fibers is improved using carbon sources above a threshold concentration. Dye molecules contained within the microorganism are released from the microorganism and fixed directly and locally to the textile fibers using a heat treatment step. Said heat treatment also deactivates the carrier microorganisms. Single or multiple microorganism species, and single or multiple dyes produced by said single or multiple microorganism species may create a variety of textile colors. Suitable synthetic dyes may also be added before, during or after microorganisms have produced dyes but before the dye-releasing heat treatment step.

  • Publication number: 20220086546
Abstract: The technology disclosed herein enables retention of an audio component on a mounting surface using a clip and a flange. In a particular embodiment, an apparatus includes a mounting surface including a flange. The flange is substantially cylindrical and includes a first portion for positioning a frame of an audio component therein under a retaining rim of the flange. The rim includes a second portion of the flange with a smaller inner diameter than the first portion of the flange. When the frame is positioned in the first portion of the flange, a clip positioned in the first portion of the flange between the frame and the retaining rim of the flange retains the audio component within the flange. Manipulating the shape of the clip allows the clip to fit through the retaining rim and into the first portion of the flange.
