Abstract: Disclosed are skin care compositions that are suitable for application on absorbent articles such as panty liners and interlabial products for delivery of the skin care compositions onto an external or internal area of the skin. The skin care compositions comprise low concentrations of skin treatment agents that are effective in preventing and/or reducing skin disorders related to erythema, malodor, and skin bacterial infections.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a film-forming barrier composition useful for protecting the skin from body fluids, such as urine, feces, menses. The composition comprises a skin conditioning agent, a viscosity enhancing agent and an oleophilic film-forming agent. Optionally, the lotion may comprise skin care ingredients for treating or maintaining skin health. The composition may be applied to the skin by suitable delivery vehicles, such as absorbent articles or components thereof, sheet materials, pads, bandages, sponges, foam pads, pumps, sprays, depending on the viscosity of the composition.

Abstract: A treated substrate with improved availability of a beneficial component for transfer to a target surface and methods for making the same are described. The substrate has a contacting surface with a beneficial component that is transferred from the contacting surface to a target surface during use of the article. The beneficial component is applied to the article in such a way as to “Top-Bias” the component on or near the contacting surface of the article.

Abstract: Disclosed are cleansing compositions comprising one or more surfactants selected from the group consisting of: i) anionic surfactants, ii) amphoteric surfactants, iii) nonionic surfactants, iv) cationic surfactants and v) mixtures thereof, where the dynamic viscosity of the compositions at 25° C. is at least about 100,000 centipoise and where the cleansing composition results in no or minimal eye sting. Also disclosed disposable articles comprising water insoluble substrates releasably containing the cleansing compositions, a process for making the disposable articles and a method of use.
