Abstract: The invention consists of a system and method for administering respondent screenings, such as in the context of a patient in a doctor's office. Respondents access a web site using a portable web appliance and are presented with a series of questions. The questions are selected for each individual respondent from a large database of questions, based on certain criteria. At the conclusion of the session, one or more reports are printed out for the respondent and any other interested parties, which may have certain questions “red-flagged” to draw the attention of the respondent and/or administrator.
