  • Patent number: 12158142
Abstract: A system and method for providing one or more pressurized fluid barriers for a fluid end of a reciprocating pump can comprise energization of, using a clean fluid, one or more components provided at distinct different locations of the reciprocating pump to a pressure greater than a cyclical pressure of the reciprocating pump associated with operation of the reciprocating pump to output fracking fluid.

  • Patent number: 11674509
Abstract: A long sleeve cartridge for being inserted into a fluid end block of a pump is disclosed. The long sleeve cartridge includes a body and a sleeve bore extending through the body. The sleeve bore includes a first inner diameter and a second inner diameter. The first inner diameter is less than the second inner diameter. A first aperture is located on the body, and a second aperture is located on the body in a radial position substantially diametrically opposite of the first aperture. A packing seal assembly is secured within the long sleeve cartridge. The packing seal assembly includes one or more seals and a biasing mechanism to provide a compression force on the seals. The packing seal assembly is arranged within the second inner diameter when the packing seal assembly is disposed within the long sleeve cartridge.

  • Patent number: 9915101
Abstract: An underreamer for increasing the diameter of a bore. The underreamer includes a substantially cylindrical body having an axial bore therein. A mandrel may extend axially through the axial bore. One or more cutter blocks are movably coupled to the body. A ratio of a height of the cutter block to a diameter of the body is between about 0.35:1 and about 0.50:1.

  • Publication number: 20080083468
Abstract: A hose for filtering metallic particles present in a fluid is provided. The hose includes a tubular core through which the fluid passes that has an inner surface, an outer sheathing, and at least one reinforcement layer provided between the tubular core and the outer sheathing. One or more of, the tubular core, the at least one reinforcement layer, and the outer sheathing, is configured to create a sufficient magnetic field to attract at least a portion of the metallic particles present in the fluid and collect them on the inner surface of the tubular core.
