  • Publication number: 20250363444
Abstract: Computer implemented method and system for managing a secure delivery to a property. As part of a transaction, the system receives from a first user a selection of a courier entity, and the courier entity schedules delivery to the property. The system: provides the first user with an option for using an enhanced delivery mode, receives confirmation of the selected mode; transmits to the courier entity confirmation of the selected mode; detects, using a mobile application, location of a mobile device of a second user; determines that the location of the mobile device is within a predetermined distance of the property; receives from the mobile application confirmation of delivery to the property; deletes a first set of sensitive data related to the property and/or the delivery; transmits to the user details of the delivery; and deletes a second set of sensitive data related to the property and/or the delivery.

  • Publication number: 20050112653
Abstract: The invention is a device for preserving genetic material for subsequent analysis. The genetic material is encapsulated into a plastic card (the device) by a process that preserves the integrity of the nucleic acid substances. The device is designed such that the genetic material can be easily recovered from the card allowing for the production of a DNA profile to aid in identification, which is the major purpose of the invention, however, the recovered nucleic acid substances can be used for many other purposes. The invention consists of the design of the plastic card device that serves to encapsulate genetic material entrapped within a matrix for secure long-term preservation.

  • Patent number: 5020430
Abstract: A silk screen printing machine having a track about which the printing screens and platens are free to be moved relative to one another in the course of a multi-step printing process. An embodiment is disclosed having the printing screens supported by spokes and platens manually rotatable about a circular supporting track without supporting spokes. The platens move on a common horizontal plane below the printing screens which are brought down onto the platens for screen printing.

  • Patent number: 4920878
Abstract: A printing machine for simultaneously performing multiple printing operations in a continuous manner includes: a number of platens supporting thereon articles to be printed; a plurality of printing heads designed to print a desired pattern onto the article; and an oval track about which the platens are moved. The track includes first and second portions, wherein the first portion is at a higher elevation than the second portion. The first portion is positioned to orient the platen horizontally for ease in mounting the article thereon. The second portion underlies the printing heads and orients the platens in a downward inclination to thereby clear the printing heads as they are moved along the track. A lifting assembly lifts each platen into engagement with a printing head for printing a pattern onto the article.
