    Abstract: The claimed invention provides a fermentation chamber that is inexpensive to produce and use and is capable of providing sufficient agitation of the liquid medium to ensure proper mixing and/or aeration without damaging delicate components. The invention further provides a mixing apparatus for agitating one or more such fermentation chambers. In a first embodiment, the claimed invention provides a fermentation chamber, comprising: a rigid top portion; a rigid bottom portion; and a flexible member connecting the rigid top portion and the rigid bottom portion.
