  • Patent number: 10508349
Abstract: Electroplating methods enable the plating of photoresist defined features which have substantially uniform morphology. The electroplating methods include copper electroplating baths with reaction products of pyrazole compounds and bisepoxides to electroplate the photoresist defined features. Such features include pillars, bond pads and line space features.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 13, 2017
Date of Patent: December 17, 2019
Assignee: Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials LLC
Inventors: Ravi Pokhrel, Matthew Thorseth, James Byrnes, Mark Scalisi, Zuhra Niazimbetova, Joanna Dziewiszek

  • Publication number: 20070056586
Abstract: A delivery device for a medicament including: a housing, a receptacle holding a medicament in the form of a power; and a source of propellant, wherein the housing provides an inlet and an outlet for the receptacle, wherein the inlet is in fluid communication with the source of propellant and is directed against the medicament and the outlet is spaced from the medicament to allow aerosolization of the medicament; the device provides improved delivery efficiency, particularly a delivered fine particle fraction of greater than 20% by weight.
    Type: Application
    Filed: April 21, 2006
    Publication date: March 15, 2007
Inventors: Robert Price, John Staniforth, Derek Woodcock, Paul Young, James Byrnes, J. Cogburn, Douglas Dockhorn, Robert Dockhorn, Edgar Mitchell, Susan Prather

  • Publication number: 20060200932
Abstract: A hand-held scraper device containing a stowable multi blade pivoting head. The pivoting head is comprised of at least two scraping elements which remain at a fixed angle relative to each other while still allowing a pivoting action of the head assembly independently from the handle. The angle of the scraping elements relative to each other is set such that as the two scraping elements are jointly presented against the work surface they will be maintained at an angular attitude conducive to a scraping action in both a push and pull direction. The pivoting head can be collapsed for more efficient stowage or as an alternate configuration for specific scraping applications.

  • Patent number: 6698156
Abstract: A method and apparatus for constructing hollow metal frames having a grout filled interior is disclosed. An apparatus includes a substantially planar body having an upper and lower surface. The upper surface includes at least one grip. The lower surface includes a gasket and a number of protrusions. The protrusions are placed into holes on the hollow metal frame into which additional components such as hinges are to be added. Grout is added to the frame and allowed to harden. Once the grout is hardened, the grout guard is removed and air spaces are retained. Screws and other components are typically filled into the air spaces.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 3, 2001
Date of Patent: March 2, 2004
    Assignee: Habersham Metal Products Company
    Inventors: Wayne Quarrels, James Byrnes
