    Abstract: Systems, devices, and technical methods of the present disclosure leverage digital visitor logs from confinement facilities to identify people of interest that may be involved in incidents to which first responders are dispatched. When a phone call is received at phone public safety access point, a first query including a name associated with the call is transmitted to a digital visitor log for a confinement facility. A digital response to the first query identifies a visitee who was visited by a visitor by that name while the visitee was in confinement. The visitee's name is then transmitted in a second query to a digital repository containing release records; a digital response indicates the visitee was released before the call was received. An electronic notification that identifies the visitee is transmitted to a device associated with an agent who is responding to the call.

When an event associated with an electronic data collection is detected, a set of features is extracted for the electronic data collection. The features are input into a machine-learning model to generate a request-prediction score. If the probability of receiving a request for data in the electronic data collection meets a threshold, a redaction operation specified by a redaction policy is executed on the electronic data collection to generate a modified electronic data collection. The modified electronic data collection, which is a redacted version of the electronic data collection, is transmitted to a digital response repository.

An audio stream and control messages are provided to the console, which patches the either or both to target devices. The identity of the audio stream source is embedded only in the audio stream. Initially, when the audio stream is first patched, the identity is not provided. While the audio stream is being patched, the identity is extracted and the control messages updated so that the identity is immediately relayed through the console without having to wait for the next periodic transmission of a control message from the console.
