    Abstract: Implementations are directed to improving healthcare services. In some aspects, a method includes receiving a plurality of requests for assessing quality of care, the plurality of requests for assessing quality of care including health data of a plurality of patients; training, a risk score machine learning (ML) model using the health data; receiving, from a user device, a request for assessing of quality of care for a particular patient, the request including the particular patient’s private health information; performing assessment of quality of care using the particular patient’s private health information; generating a risk score input from the particular patient’s private health information; generating risk scores for one or more potential health conditions for the particular patient by executing the risk score ML model using the risk score input; and providing i) the quality of care assessment result and ii) the risk scores for output on the user’s device.
