In some aspects, a method includes receiving a plurality of requests for assessing quality of care, the plurality of requests for assessing quality of care including health data of a plurality of patients; training, a risk score machine learning (ML) model using the health data; receiving, from a user device, a request for assessing of quality of care for a particular patient, the request including the particular patient’s private health information; performing assessment of quality of care using the particular patient’s private health information; generating a risk score input from the particular patient’s private health information; generating risk scores for one or more potential health conditions for the particular patient by executing the risk score ML model using the risk score input; and providing i) the quality of care assessment result and ii) the risk scores for output on the user’s device.

Abstract: The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a fixing device and a fixing device made by such a process. In particular, albeit not exclusively, the present invention relates a fixing device for application in fixing to concrete and like materials/substrates. The present invention therefore seeks to provide a fixing device for fixing to concrete, other like substrates which overcomes, or at least reduces some of the known problems of the prior art. The present invention also seeks to provide a fixing device which has enhanced corrosion resistance.
