  • Patent number: 11651519
Abstract: An automated rack imaging system is provided, including an automated guided vehicle having a housing and a propulsion system configured to move the housing. The automated rack imaging system may include an imaging system coupled to the housing. The imaging system may include a plurality of cameras. The cameras each may be configured to have a respective field of view. The fields of view may be at least partially non-overlapping with one another. The automated rack imaging system may also include an image processor configured to combine a plurality of images taken by the cameras into a single mosaic image. A method of imaging a datacenter rack with the automated guided vehicle is also provided. The method may include moving the automated guided vehicle to a first target location aligned with the datacenter rack, taking the plurality of images, and combining the plurality of images into the single mosaic image.

  • Patent number: 11445737
Abstract: A plant protein snack with meat-like texture food product generally includes a plant based structured product having layered fibers that are cross-linked yet generally aligned along a longitudinal axis and that mimics the look and organoleptic properties of meat jerky products. Methods of making the food product are described.

The system may include an optical imaging system coupled to the housing and including a plurality of cameras each configured to have a respective field of view, the fields of view being at least partially non-overlapping with one another. The system may include a laser imaging system coupled to the housing and configured to scan the datacenter to obtain a plurality of distances between the housing and a plurality of locations within the datacenter. The system may include an image processor configured to combine a plurality of images taken by the cameras with the plurality of distances taken by the laser imaging system into a single mosaic map, the image processor being configured to locate the plurality of images and the plurality of distances relative to a known coordinate system of the datacenter.

  • Patent number: 6493804
Abstract: A system includes shared Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) storage devices for processing clients coupled by a fiber channel interface. The storage devices include storage blocks, and locks controlling their use by clients. Clients issue actions to the storage devices for performing operations on the locks. A client may exclude other clients from using storage blocks using a state element to acquire the lock for shared or exclusive use. If the client modified the data, a version counter in the lock is updated when the lock is released. If an activity bit is set, the version counter is updated upon both reading and writing. Other clients can forcibly release a lock owned by a failed client by monitoring its version counter. Expiration timers associated with the locks allow acquired locks to be released by timing out. A serverless global file system (GFS) manages use of the shared storage resources, and allows remapping of the locks to the storage blocks, for example, based on activity of the locks.
