  • Publication number: 20240110437
Abstract: An under door seal for interior doors. The under door seal has a U-shaped base unit and a plurality of sealing fins. The base unit mounts to the bottom of a door. The sealing fins are provided to seal a gap between the bottom of the door and the floor to block drafts, light, and sound from passing under the door. The sealing fins have a coiled shape configuration and flexible nature to allow the fins to extend or compress to fill a gap of varied height beneath the door. The flexible nature of the sealing fins also permits the under door seal to seal gaps between multiple floor levels and a single door bottom.

  • Patent number: 11933510
Abstract: This application relates to a building energy analysis and management system for measurement and verification of building performance. The system can analyze, optimize, manage, maintain, trouble shoot, and/or modify building systems, such as HVAC systems, in connection with the building energy usage. Measurements may be gathered for one or more HVAC units coupled to pressure independent valves, and sent to one or more Surge Panels that pass data to remote analysis servers, which can receive other system or external data. The analysis servers compare measurements to predicted values and can standardize the predicted values to account for external conditions. The comparison can result in difference values used to generate probable causes and optimization recommendations. The system outputs reports or other data display using a graphical user interface that can be adjusted for an anticipated user.

  • Patent number: 11671499
Abstract: Systems and methods of an internet of things device connecting to a remote server. The internet of things device connects to a web target. The web target sends a response to the internet of things device indicating whether a change to the one or more settings of the internet of things device has been received at a cloud server. If a change has occurred, the internet of things device connects to a secure cloud server to update the settings on the internet of things device.

  • Patent number: 11620140
Abstract: A configurable user interface architecture to be used in high integrity safety critical avionic systems and is adaptable to multiple cockpit displays has a protocol-agnostic layer that handles entry and display update behaviors, and a protocol-specific layer that connects the entry and display behaviors to protocol-specific input/output messages using configuration tables. The configuration tables are built using a specially designed configuration tool and the configuration table built by the tool can be embedded in the target user interface software or loaded externally into a pre-compiled application.

  • Patent number: 11610442
Abstract: Methods and systems for validating intent to actuate an electronic lock are provided, using comparative gesture processing. One method includes obtaining motion signals representative of physical motion of the mobile device detected by a motion sensor of the mobile device and at an electronic lock. The method includes performing a similarity correlation between the first motion signals and the second motion signals, and, based on the similarity correlation determining that the first motion signals and second motion signals are correlated. Based on the correlation and authentication, the wireless electronic lockset is actuated.

  • Publication number: 20160239807
Abstract: An approach is provided for facilitating and monitoring transactions associated with the purchase of employer sponsored benefits and/or incentives. An incentive platform processes and/or facilitates a processing of profile information associated with a user of a device to determine a status of the user as an employee of an employer. The incentive platform also determines an enrollment status of the employer for enabling the purchase of a benefit, an item, or a combination thereof from a service provider as an employer sponsored benefit, a participation level of the user, or a combination thereof based on the status of the user. Furthermore, the incentive platform initiates a request to purchase the benefit, the item, or a combination thereof on behalf of the user based on an incentive policy established by the employer, the enrollment status, the participation level, or a combination thereof.
