  • Patent number: 11629871
Abstract: A UFAD system with bifurcated air towers. The air towers are bifurcated in the sense that the air columns are fan-less and coil-less, and fans for delivering pressurized air to the air columns, and hence to the underfloor plenum of the UFAD system, are in overhead ceiling air ducts and spaced away from the air columns. Cooling coils could be located in a remote air handling unit that feeds conditioned air to the overhead ceiling air ducts to be pressurized by the fans.

  • Publication number: 20210312724
Abstract: This application is directed to communicating vehicle data via a vehicle data feed server that is communicatively coupled to a plurality of vehicles. A plurality of credentials and associated access levels are stored in a database of the vehicle data feed server. The vehicle data feed server receives a plurality of real-time vehicle data flows from the vehicles. These real-time vehicle data flows are optionally associated with the credentials based on the associated access levels. Upon receiving from a user of a client device a user credential and a vehicle data request, the vehicle data feed server determines whether the user is authorized to access vehicle data that is associated with the user credential and includes a subset of the real-time vehicle data flows. The subset of the real-time vehicle data flows is forwarded to the client device when the user is authorized to access the vehicle data.

  • Publication number: 20200161720
Abstract: An electrode (110) for an electrochemical cell, comprising a conductive, porous, hydrophilic, gas-permeable and a liquid-permeable liquid-side layer (111) having a liquid-facing side (116), and a non-conductive, porous, hydrophobic, gas-permeable and liquid-impermeable gas-side layer (112) having a gas-facing side (117). Gas-producing electrochemical reactions are promoted at an interface (115) between the liquid-side layer (111) and the gas-side layer (112) by a beneficial relationship of capillary pressures of the electrode layers. The liquid-side layer (111) exhibits a repulsive capillary pressure in the liquid electrolyte (113) of the cell (110) and the gas-side layer exhibits an attractive capillary pressure in the liquid electrolyte (113).
