    Abstract: A golf scorecard is provided that not only allows the maintaining of individual and team stroke scores but also a simple and standardized format for maintaining game point totals. More particularly, the golf scorecard is formed of sheet material adapted for receiving indicia. The card includes a series of four player identification blocks for the entry of player names. A row of score boxes is aligned with each of the player identification blocks. An individual player stroke total may be recorded in each of the score boxes with one score box being provided for each hole of the golf course being played. The golf card also provides a plurality of rows of game point blocks formed on the sheet for recording individual player game points. Preferably, at least one game point block is provided in each score box.
