  • Patent number: 9205883
Abstract: A trailer having an adjustable kingpin assembly configured to adjust a ground clearance of the trailer. The adjustable kingpin assembly is configured to be detachably connected to a fifth wheel on a truck or tractor. The trailer includes a pivot frame having a kingpin pivotally coupled to a trailer. The pivot frame is configured to pivot between a first angular position and a second angular position to adjust a ground clearance of the trailer. The adjustable kingpin assembly also includes a rocker plate assembly pivotally coupled to the pivot frame and at least one bladder engaging the rocker plate assembly to rotate the pivot frame between the first angular position and the second angular position. The rocker plate assembly is configured to pivot to compensate for the pivoting of the pivot frame between the first and second angular positions.

  • Patent number: 6065375
Abstract: A hand tool for enabling a mechanic to manually rotate a diesel engine, said tool comprising an elongated generally L-shaped handle having a flange located at the lower end thereof and having toothed wheel secured to said handle at a point spaced from said flange a distance such that when said flange is inserted into the recess of a diesel engine damper, said toothed wheel will rest on the outer surface of said damper and, when said tool is rotated, said flange and said wheel will clamp said damper therebetween to enable the mechanic to manually rotate said damper and said engine.

  • Patent number: 4227911
Abstract: An easily sprayable aqueous composition for stimulating the root development of plants comprises a surface-tension lowering surfactant, an organic liquid solvent; a foam-suppressing agent; and carboxyvinyl polymer with a carboxylic acid equivalent weight above 90. Improved plant growth stimulation is observed when the composition includes a combination of carboxyvinyl polymers of differing equivalent weights. The composition may be applied directly to plant seeds or to plants or the soil surrounding plants by conventional means. The composition may be applied alone or in combination with pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, irrigation water, and the like.
