    Abstract: A movable basketball training device for use by a basketball player on a basketball floor in the vicinity of an elevated basketball hoop and board. The training device includes first and second elongate arms which are spaced apart in a horizontal direction to simulate the outstretched arms of a basketball defender. Movable support means adapted to rest on the basketball floor is provided for supporting the first and second arms in a position above the basketball floor to withstand contact by a basketball player.
