    Abstract: This invention is a modification of a Diver. Added to the diver is an insert that is a semirigid, cylindrical rod. The diver is modified with a cavity with cupped ends with open top and sides in which the insert is placed. A strap arches over the center of the cavity and the insert. The insert can be a chemical light, a chemical light coated with fish attractin scent fish attracting scent or coated with fish attracting scent. The insert are interchangeable. In the preferred embodiment, the diver has two inserts that can of same type attractant or a different type of attractant. The two fish attracting insert within the cavities run parallel to the centerline of the main body and parallel to each other.

The method includes mixing proppant with a fracturing fluid to create a proppant-laden slurry, removing the majority of the fluid from the proppant using centrifugal forces, blending the proppant with gaseous nitrogen and/or liquid carbon dioxide, and thereafter utilizing that combination to fracture-stimulate well bores. The method also includes the use of monitoring and flow control equipment to regulate and/or automate the method.

The second communication unit is adapted to convert the information describing the hazardous load received from the first communication unit into a form intelligible by human safety personnel.     Abstract: A signaling system (10) in the form of a dispatcher activated response identification system is provided for responding exclusively to a predefined signal transmitted from a first location through a telephone service line interconnected thereby with a telephone at a second location to assist responding personnel in identifying the second location when the predefined signal is transmitted from the first location. The signaling system includes first and second electronic circuits (40, 60) at the second location. The first electronic circuit is adapted to generate a first signal (58) at the second location in response to receiving the predefined signal transmitted through the telephone service line. The second electronic circuit is physically separated from the first electronic circuit and is preferably placed where it is easily visible from the street such as in a window.
