  • Patent number: 8961662
Abstract: A separator assembly comprises a vertical vessel including a fluid inlet for receiving a fluid including a gas, at least two liquids, and solids, at least two liquid outlets for discharging the liquids, a gas outlet at an upper end thereof for discharging gas, and a solids outlet at a lower end thereof for discharging solids. A baffle plate extends across the vessel, and cooperates with the vessel to define an upper section and a lower section, and has a first conduit extending downwardly so that liquids and solids may flow into the lower section, and a second conduit extending upwardly so that gases may flow from the lower section to the upper section. A backpressure valve is in fluid communication with the gas outlet and is configured to discharge gas while maintaining a selected level of pressure inside the vessel.

  • Patent number: 5026626
Abstract: A photopolymeriziable composition which comprises poly butane diol diacrylate, a photoinitiator and a binding resin. Upon coating the composition onto a substrate a photographic element is formed which does not require the presence of an oxygen barrier layer.

  • Patent number: 4689929
Abstract: A pair of snap fitted linear rigid strut members together defining a panel frame end is disclosed. A male member includes a matrix which defines at least one linear channel and a part of a linear shaft internal to the matrix. A female member also includes a matrix which defines part of a panel edge. A fabric panel cover surrounds at least a portion of the female member to conceal the joinder.

  • Patent number: 4596757
Abstract: This invention relates to photosensitized sheet constructions which, upon exposure to an actinic radiation source through a screened image, can accurately reproduce said image. The construction is useful as a color proofing film which can be employed to accurately predict the image quality from a lithographic printing process. This system allows the operator to use either a full layer transfer or an image transfer method of color proofing.

  • Patent number: 4469772
Abstract: The invention provides a photographic element having a substrate and a photosensitive coating on the substrate, said coating containing(A) the polycondensation product of 3-methoxy-4-diazodiphenyl amine sulfate and 4,4'-bis-methoxy methyldiphenyl ether, precipitated as methane sulfonate; and,(B) the polycondensation product of 3-methoxy-4-diazodiphenyl amine sulfate and 4,4'-bis-methoxy methyldiphenyl ether, precipitated as mesitylene sulfonate, and(C) at least one colorant: and(D) at least one water soluble polymeric binding resin which is preferably polyvinyl pyrrolidone. The element is developable using water alone as a solvent.
