The apparatus, including the separator and the supports, is placed on the transport vehicle for transport to a desired site where it is positioned and connected to an inlet and transport lines.

    Abstract: A data packet inspection and/or filtering system monitors packet traffic across an interface. In the case of monitoring incoming traffic, the incoming packets are directed to a packet capture process associated with a kernel of an operating system. The packets are then stored in shared memory of the kernel for access by a user space application that inspects the packets without requiring copying of the packets to user space and back to kernel space.
