Abstract: The present converts the printer output data from a system controller utilized at a self storage facility and displays it on a monitor. The monitor is usually connected to a camera which monitors the self storage facility. In addition, the converted output data can be recorded by a digital video recorder, which records camera video. The printer data can be placed into a searchable data base.

A client will be able to make unattended transactions. If a customer/client is delinquent, it is the intent of the present invention to allow the customer/client to become current without the need for or with the minimum of human involvement. The present invention also allows a potential customer to become a current customer by allowing the potential customer to set up a contract for rental completely electronically, if the laws of the governing sovereignty allow.

Abstract: This improvement to the “everyday household” coffee filter will enable the ordinary brewer of coffee the ability to reliably measure the amount of coffee he or she places in the coffee filter. With this new found capability of measurement, the brewer of coffee will have ensured him or herself a consistent “strength” of their coffee.
