    Abstract: A fastener clip engages a slot in a chassis. The fastener clip comprises a pair of sides joined at a head portion. At least two projections are configured to engage a slot in a chassis and to secure the fastener clip to the chassis. The projections are attached to a head portion along the top portion of each of the projections on opposite sides of the clip. The projections are also attached to the foot portion along the width of the bottom portion of each projection, on opposite sides of the clip, such that the projection is affixed to the side. The bottom portion has a width more than the width of the top portion on the at least two projections. A bend along the width of the bottom portions of the projections engage the chassis to secure the clip to the slot in an engaged position.

    Abstract: A U-shaped clamp to attach or snap a conduit or pipe to a slotted structural member. The U-shaped clamp includes a bottom portion, a first side having a first wing connected to the bottom portion; a second side having a second wing connected to the bottom portion thereby forming a U-shaped structure with the first and second sides. The at least one wing snaps into a strut ledge or a rolled edge of the structural member when in an engaged position. The structural member may be a strut or a receiver. The wings engage and snap into curled ends or lips on sides of the strut and thus may adapt the pipe clamp to the strut. Alternatively, the U-shaped clamp may snap into suitably sized strut ledges or a rolled edges on the structural member.

    Abstract: A magnetic latch for a lid and the bin of a container in a vehicle comprises at least one overmolded magnet detachably connected to a lid. A metal portion is magnetically attracted with the overmolded magnet. At least one overmolded magnet is connected to a bin having a magnetic attraction with the lid overmolded magnet to magnetically open and close the lid and the bin of the container. The overmold on the magnet encloses the magnet with vibration dampening material such as rubber. The metal portion may be a second at least one overmolded magnet second. The container may be a center console, glove box, ash tray, trunk, sun roof shade, cover. Spears, clips, prongs other suitable fasteners may be formed on one side of the overmold to allow insertion and attachment to a corresponding hole on the lid.

The tub comprises at least two hooks on opposite sides of the tub and located laterally to the wings. The wings are configured to bend in response to the tub being inserted into a rib. The rib has tabs with outside edges to engage the hooks. Each of the tabs on the rib may be tapered to form tapered tabs. At the end of each tab, a retention notch engages the hook on the tub.
