Abstract: An indoor basketball backboard and hoop positioned in an unfolding mode in a cater-corner orientation to maximize play area and in proximity to a door to cause opening movement of the door to restore by folding the backboard and hoop into a flat storage condition on the back of the door.

Abstract: A tilt control assembly for window blinds is provided. The window blind includes a tilt control rod rotatably mounted in a channel for placement in proximity to an elevated location adjacent a window. The stop bracket which includes a stop structure is nonrotatably disposed in the channel in proximity to the tilt control rod. A pair of tilt control discs of substantially identical external configuration are nonrotatably mounted on the tilt control rod. The external configuration of each tilt control disc defines a nontangentially aligned stop surface for engaging the stop bracket. Each tilt control disc includes a noncircular mounting aperture generally conforming to the cross-sectional shape of the tilt control rod. The angular alignment of the noncircular portion of the mounting aperture to the stop surface of each tilt control disc is selected to effectively define the angular alignment of the stop surface to the tilt control rod.

Abstract: A Venetian blind system for the interior of greenhouses having pitched overhead windows and arcuate windows merging into vertical side windows including a first Venetian blind having a head channel secured at the peak of the greenhouse and a bottom channel detachably secured at the lower end of the pitched windows, and slats supported by ladders suspended between the channels, the first blind being provided with springs within the bottom channel to provide tension on forward and rearward legs of the ladders to firmly retain the slats; and a second Venetian blind having a head channel secured to an upper portion of a window frame above the arcuate windows, the slats of the second blind being provided with notches at the ends thereof, and guide rails on each side of the window frame extending from the peak of the greenhouse to the bottom of the lowermost Venetian blind for supporting the slats of the first blind and the notched slats of the second blind. A horizontal sky light installation is also described.

Abstract: A decorative ceiling or wall covering system having carriers to be affixed to the ceiling or wall, and panels extending essentially transversely to the carriers. Tabs are integrally provided on each carrier for connecting the panels thereto, and are respectively located at opposite longitudinal marginal portions of the carrier at predetermined substantially equal distances and shaped to hold the panels in place on the carrier.

Abstract: A ceiling panel having an elongated bottom face and an opening with opposite parallel edges, two moldings respectively having first portions engaging the edges and second portions spaced outwardly away from the portions and above the opening, and a lens placed on the moldings between the second portions, the lens being held in place by downwardly bent areas of the second portions while the moldings are held in place at the edges by the lens.

Abstract: A venetian blind has a blind head and slats, brackets for supporting the blind head, and a frame having side channel members to receive the ends of the slats. Clip means connect both the bracket to window opening structure and to the side channel members.
