  • Patent number: 12580166
Abstract: Methods for obtaining ion energy distribution measurements in a plasma processing system are described. A substrate is placed in the system with an ion energy analyser embedded within it. The analyser consists of multiple conductive grids and a collection electrode, separated by insulating layers. A high-voltage generating circuit within the substrate is powered by a battery and applies voltage to the first grid. A high-voltage switch discharges the first grid to a floating ground, with a resistor in parallel. Ion current is sampled in two stages: first, while charging the first grid from floating ground to a plateau voltage, and second, while discharging through the resistor from a predetermined voltage to the plateau voltage. This setup allows for precise measurement of ion energy distribution at the substrate surface during plasma processing.

  • Patent number: 12508614
Abstract: A water display including a number of pixels or manifolds that may include water nozzles to emit streams of water and/or other utilities such as lighting is described. The water streams may be pixelated so as to provide a high resolution waveform or other choreography. The choreography transitions between waveforms to provide the appearance of a cascading or undulating wave. A tool to design the water display and simulate its appearance is also described.

  • Patent number: PP32437
Abstract: A new and distinct variety of fig (Ficus carica) tree named ‘4-19’, characterized by its large size and dark purple skin, as well as its productivity and regular bearing. The tree produces two crops, both the breba first crop and the productive second, or main, crop. The fruit eye is usually small, the fruit skin and meat are moderately thick and durable, and the fruit pulp has an attractive reddish color, is fine-textured, and is sweet and rich in flavor. The fruit appears to hold its size later into the season than other commercial varieties of figs, thus extending the season for prime size and quality figs.
