Hours data is computed for each of a plurality of employees at each of a plurality of sites from the collected punch-in and punch-out data. This hours data is provided at multiple levels, including at least one summary level and a detailed level. At the summary level, summarized data is calculated for each site from the hours data, and presented as a visual representation with input(s) for selecting each site. In response to selection of a site, a visual representation of hours data for the selected site is presented at a detailed level.
