  • Patent number: 10832403
Abstract: The described implementations relate to systems, methods, and apparatuses for generating regions of interest (214) from imaging data (212). Specifically, the regions of interest are generated for tracking treatment efficacy in a more consistent and repeatable manner. The regions of interest can be generated from contrast medium and non-contrast medium enhanced scans (102) of a patient. Voxel data derived from the scans can be collected and distributed according to respective intensity values in order to identify mode voxels (116, 118, 120) for particular ranges (128) of intensities. Regions of interest (110, 112, 114) can then be generated for each identified mode voxel, and standard deviations for the regions of interest can be determined. One or more thresholds can be derived from the determined standard deviations in order to further filter the intensity values and identify filtered groups of voxels to be the resulting regions of interest.

  • Publication number: 20190370352
Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with flexible aggregation of energy information are described. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving a request via a graphical user interface that comprises a plurality of selectable inputs that define the request. A plurality of energy dimensions are selected from a set of available energy dimensions, a plurality of combinations of the plurality of energy dimensions are determined, an energy bucket is generated for each combination of the plurality of energy dimensions, and the script is generated based upon the energy buckets. A target database is accessed on a remote target server, and the script is executed on the target database to initiate extraction of data that matches each energy bucket into a dynamic table in the target database, and run an energy option on the data extracted into the dynamic table.

  • Publication number: 20190251711
Abstract: In an image guidance method, a stream of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) images of an anatomical organ is acquire using a CBCT imaging device (34). For each CBCT image (44), the surface of the organ in the CBCT image is segmented to generate a segmented surface (70) of the anatomical organ in the CBCT image. Occluded shape reconstruction (66) using a statistical shape prior (68) may be used to reconstruct a missing or occluded surface portion. A pre-operative medical image (12) of the anatomical organ and the CBCT image are spatially registered by warping one of the images to the other of the images using point set registration of a segmented surface (30) of the organ in the preoperative medical image and the segmented surface of the organ in the CBCT image. A fused image (82) is displayed that combines the warped image and the other image.

  • Patent number: 10115098
Abstract: Methods and systems consistent with the present invention overcome the shortcomings of existing trading systems by providing an invoiceless trading system that creates incentives for customers to pay suppliers within a predetermined period of time, such as a settlement period. Specifically, the invoiceless trading system enables a customer to obtain a discount on orders placed with suppliers in return for an immediate payment (e.g., within 24 hours) by the customer. The supplier receives payment within the predetermined period of time, and the customer receives additional cash benefits by providing an early payment to the supplier. To communicate with and transfer funds between customers and suppliers, the invoiceless trading system may use an electronic gateway and a settlement bank. In addition to creating an incentive to embrace e-commerce, both customers and suppliers avoid the need to manually process orders and use invoices to complete transactions.
