  • Publication number: 20250251260
Abstract: A modular and expandable multi-configurational instrument enclosure includes top and bottom sections, the bottom section having a first part and second part fastened to a third part, and hinges hinging the top and bottom sections to enable the top section to rotate between a closed positioned and an open position. When closed, the instrument enclosure defines an enclosed space suitable for receiving multiple field instruments. The bottom section may be fastened to an enclosure-supportive pipe stand or to a bracket fastened to the pipe stand. The bottom section provides openings configured to receive instrument-supportive pipe stands and/or an opening that receives process line tubing carrying process line signals to the field instruments. The field instruments can be affixed to an end portion of the instrument-supportive pipe stands received in the enclosed space and/or removably attached to an interior portion of the instrument enclosure.

  • Patent number: 12372383
Abstract: One or more heater elements are enclosed by at least one main heater body assembly surrounded by and attached to heat transfer fins to provide a finned heater body wherein the main heater body assembly includes at least one or more hooked projections wherein the hooked projections are attached to at least one lateral or at least one medial or both lateral and medial sides of a center portion of the main heater body assembly and wherein the finned heater body includes one or more positional openings that allow for containment of the heater element and concurrently provide a spatial geometric arrangement so that the one or more hooked projections provide an ability for the finned heater body and the internal or external housing of one or more instruments to be hung in adjustable manner from a mounting bracket that is attached to a post or pipe stand.

  • Publication number: 20250207956
Abstract: A thermally controlled instrument enclosure including customizable heater liner system used to heat, or cool, inside of an instrument enclosure, and more specifically for winterization of the inside space of the enclosure from ambient climate conditions and insulate from cold and the resulting freeze causing the process feeding the instrument and instrument manifold to freeze. The method of mounting a heated liner system, allowing for heater cables to be routed in a way to uniformly heat the entire internal area of a rigid or semi-rigid housing or enclosure to protect and/or insulate a field mounted instrument preferably including a liner with a method to hold the heater cable securely to the liner, with a layer or multiple layers of insulation added to the heater cable, so that the insulation system holds the heat in and eliminates the heat loss that naturally occurs when heating enclosures with instruments in cold conditions.

  • Publication number: 20250207710
Abstract: Insulation and heating devices and systems are provided that may also function as a enclosure/container which heats and insulates a volume within the device. The device(s) provide volumetric constraints designed to hold fluids and/or processes that could freeze or become unstable in cold environments. The importance of maintaining a temperature above freezing on the interior of an enclosure containing instruments, sensors and instrument manifolds, including wetted parts of the system that carry the process streams, can be extremely critical. In all cases the method of mounting an insulated and heated liner system which includes heater cables being routed in a way to uniformly heat the entire internal skin area of a rigid or semi-rigid housing is also critical. The goal of the devices methods and systems is to properly hold heat in and eliminate heat loss that naturally occurs for heating enclosures filled with instrumentation in cold conditions.

  • Publication number: 20020157761
Abstract: A retreaded tire assembly and method for making the same is disclosed. The method and assembly provide for the application of new tread to a buffed tire casing with only a layer of cushion gum disposed therebetween. The cushion gum is applied directly to the buffed circumference of a tire casing without the use of conventional spray cement normally applied to the buffed surface of the entire casing.
