Drive mechanism revolves the carrier about an axis generally centrally aligned with the axis of the bowl to move the shafts relatively orbitally about the bowl, and at the same time revolves them about their individual axes. A static enclosure, which mates with the bowl, is provided for the carrier and drive mechanism.
