    Abstract: A rotary hoist generally comprising a vertically extending shaft, a tubular housing telescoped over and rotatably supported on the shaft, a boom pivotally secured to the tubular housing and a jack pivotally secured between the housing and the boom. The shaft is supported by a leg socket member with elongated legs. The rotary hoist may be disassembled for storage or shipping.
