The appliance storage container provides a device for storing the appliance inside, and a rack on the outside for attaching and holding the tool, with powercord wound thereon, onto the outside of the container.

    Abstract: A storage system is provided for interfaced storage of powercords with electric appliances and electric adapters. The system comprises an powercord storage tool and an appliance storage bin rack. The powercord storage tool provides means for gripping, winding and retaining an electrical powercord; means for interfacing with and attaching to said electrical appliance; and means for interfacing and attaching to said appliance storage bin rack; as removable means for receiving, handling and retaining an electrical appliance and its powercord, for typical small electrical appliances, without change or modification to the appliance. The storage bin comprises a container for holding the appliance, and a rack for holding and retaining the powercord storage tool. The storage tool includes a retaining member comprising a pair of flanges attached one to each end of said retaining member. One of said flanges is rotatably attached to the end of said retaining member by pivot pin.
