  • Publication number: 20160059241
Abstract: A shower assembly includes an inlet, a first tank, and a second tank. The inlet is configured to receive water from a water source. The first tank is associated with a plurality of first outlets configured to pass water from the first tank. The second tank is associated with a plurality of second outlets configured to pass water from the second tank. • Publication number: 20160060852
Abstract: A shower system includes a shower assembly and a mounting system. The shower assembly is configured to receive water from a water source and pass water through a plurality of outlets. The mounting system is for coupling the shower assembly to a building structure, and is configured to adjust the shower assembly. The mounting system includes a post and a fitting. The post is configured to fixedly couple to the building structure. The fitting is coupled to the shower assembly and adjustably received to the post, such that a vertical position of the shower assembly may be adjusted relative to the post and the building structure.

  • Publication number: 20160059244
Abstract: A shower assembly includes an inlet port, a reservoir, and a plurality of drop outlets. The inlet is for receiving water from a water source. The reservoir receives water from the inlet port and is not pressurized by a line pressure of the water source. Each of the drop outlet ports is configured, such that water passes from the reservoir, through the plurality of drop outlet ports, forms a drop at each drop outlet port, and falls from each drop outlet port only as discrete drops of water.

  • Publication number: 20160059240
Abstract: A shower assembly includes an inlet, a reservoir, a plurality of first outlets, and a plurality of second outlets. The inlet is for receiving water from a water source, and is configured to restrict water flow from the water source to a maximum inlet flow rate. The reservoir receives from the inlet. The plurality of first outlets are configured to pass water from the reservoir. The plurality of second outlets are configured to selectively pass water from the reservoir. The shower assembly is configured for a user to selectively control whether water passes through the plurality of second outlets. A sum of a first collective flow rate of the plurality of first outlets and a second collective flow rate of the plurality of second outlets is greater than the maximum inlet flow rate.

  • Publication number: 20160059245
Abstract: A shower assembly includes a panel and a stopper movable between a first position and a second position. The panel includes a first region having a plurality of first openings passing through the panel and a second region having a plurality of second openings passing through the panel. When the stopper is in the first position, water provided to the shower assembly is permitted to pass through the plurality of first openings but is prevented from passing through the plurality of second openings. When the stopper is in the second position, water provided to the shower assembly is permitted to pass through the plurality of second openings.

  • Patent number: 9211390
Abstract: A multi-functional wire guide assembly includes an elongate tubular housing having a length and defining a lumen extending from an open proximal end of the elongate tubular housing to an open distal end of the elongate tubular housing. A first mandril is positioned within the lumen, extends a majority of the length of the elongate tubular housing, and has a fixed position relative to the elongate tubular housing. A second mandril is positioned within the lumen, has a length greater than the length of the elongate tubular housing, and is axially movable relative to the elongate tubular housing. The multi-functional wire guide assembly has a first configuration in which a distal tip of the second mandril is proximally spaced from a distal segment of the elongate tubular housing and a second configuration in which the distal tip of the second mandril is axially aligned with the distal segment.

  • Publication number: 20150174371
Abstract: A system for bypassing a vascular occlusion includes a catheter, and a puncturing mechanism within the catheter having a sleeve and a puncture wire positioned within the sleeve. The puncture wire is elastically deformable between an access configuration, and a deployed configuration. The puncture wire has a shape memory bias and is retracted within the sleeve and held by the sleeve in opposition to the bias in the access configuration.

  • Publication number: 20140350524
Abstract: A tool for engaging and withdrawing a wire guide from a patient includes a deformable distal segment having a self-expanding bias such that the distal segment assumes a tortuous configuration, and a control line attached to the distal segment and configured to extend through an intraluminal sheath, such that pulling the control line deforms the distal segment in opposition to the self-expanding bias to tighten about a wire guide. The tool may be withdrawn from the patient while tightened about the wire guide, such that the wire guide simultaneously extends out of the patient at each of a first and a second percutaneous entry point.

  • Publication number: 20120238967
Abstract: An infusion system includes an infusion catheter defining a fluid passage extending between a proximal catheter end and a distal catheter end, and having a plurality of infusion ports in communication with the fluid passage and defining an infusion zone. A filtration device is provided which may be retrofitted upon the infusion catheter and includes a filter sleeve coupled to a slidable control sleeve. The filter sleeve is deformable between a first configuration having a radially contracted footprint and a second configuration having a radially expanded footprint, responsive to sliding the control sleeve over the infusion catheter such that the deformable filter sleeve buckles outwardly from the infusion catheter.
