  • Publication number: 20220114602
Abstract: A financial institution computing system includes a contextual data analysis circuit and a service customization circuit. The contextual data analysis circuit is configured to receive a message from a user device of a customer. The contextual data analysis circuit is further configured to extract contextual data from the received message. The contextual data analysis circuit is further configured to determine one or more of an emotional state of the customer and a reason for the message based on the extracted contextual data of the message. The service customization circuit is configured to perform a financial service for the customer based on at least one of the determined emotional state of the customer and the reason for the message.

  • Patent number: 5129843
Abstract: An electrical connector pin assembly including at least one conductor pin extending in sealed relation through a housing wall of a chamber and a lead wire connector block having an over-surface wall shield extending from the outer face of the connector block to surround and minimize arcing from a conductor pin end portion extending into the connector block for electrical engagement with a lead wire end.

  • Patent number: 5064356
Abstract: A refrigeration motor compressor assembly has a housing including a lubricant sump in the bottom thereof into which the lower end of the drive shaft and associated rotor extend. A shield is provided which is supported on and positioned by the drive shaft in underlying spaced relationship to the lower end of the rotor and associated counterweight. As the rotor rotates, lubricant disposed between the shield and rotor therein is thrown outwardly across the end turns of the stator thus serving to cool same. The shield serves to restrict the return flow of oil to the area immediately below the rotor thus reducing the viscous drag on the motor yet still allowing sufficient circulation of oil to achieve the desired cooling of the stator.

  • Patent number: 4882820
Abstract: The present tenter frame chain includes a plurality of links, each link including upper and lower interconnected loadbearing plates, and a low friction slide block sandwich between the upper and lower interconnected plates. The slde block is formed of material having a lower coefficient of friction than the interconnected loadbearing plates and includes a vertically disposed bearing surface located laterally outwardly beyond the lateral extent of one side of the upper and lower interconnected loadbearing plates. The vertically disposed bearing surface of the slide block contacts the bearing surface of the guide rail to reduce the frictional rubbing movement of the tenter chain against the vertically disposed bearing surface of each of the tenter chain guide rails as the tenter chain moves therealong.
