    Abstract: A cleaning system for exhaust ducts of cooking hoods. A hot water cleaning liquid is introduced at high pressure to a spray manifold in an exhaust duct. The manifold conforms to the internal perimeter of the exhaust duct and has nozzles for directing the cleaning fluid. The manifold is moved along the length of the duct to cover the internal surface area of the duct.
