    Abstract: A portable mixing device may include a base that has a retention wall defining a recess and a driver that includes a driving magnet. The portable mixing device may further include a mixing chamber that can be positioned into the recess and removed therefrom. The mixing chamber may also include a mixing element with a footing, a paddle and a mixing magnet. The mixing magnet may magnetically couple to the driving magnet of the driver to induce rotation of the mixing element in the mixing chamber.
