  • Publication number: 20090308416
Abstract: An ultrasonic cleaner apparatus with an opening mechanism including a plurality of lugs preferably formed on a top surface of the apparatus, a lid enclosing the apparatus and resting on the lugs when the lid is in a closed position, and a rim formed exterior to the lugs, wherein the lid is secured in an open position between two or more of the plurality of lugs and the rim. A drain assembly coupled to the ultrasonic cleaner provides an advantageous configuration for dispensing cleaning and/or sterilizing fluid and the like from the apparatus.

  • Patent number: 7161457
Abstract: A common mode choke may include a generally rectangular body including bottom and top ferrite portions, at least one pair of laterally spaced apart interior conductors between the bottom and top ferrite portions and extending between the first and second ends of the generally rectangular body, and a dielectric material layer between the bottom and top ferrite portions. Moreover, the dielectric material layer may also extend laterally between the at least one pair of interior conductors and may also at least partially encapsulate the at least one pair of interior conductors at portions thereof opposite at least one of the bottom and top ferrite portions. The choke may also include end conductors on the opposite ends of the generally rectangular body and connected to the interior conductors. A compact footprint is provided for the common mode choke while maintaining a high level of electrical performance.

  • Publication number: 20040073292
Abstract: A vascular reinforcement device and method reduces increased vascular pressure of a vein in the presence of forces applied externally to the vein. The device is arranged to continuously overlie of a vein and has a longitudinal dimension and a cross-sectional dimension. The longitudinal dimension is greater than the cross-sectional dimension and is flexible while the cross-sectional dimension of the device is resistant to change. The device is deployed so as to overlie a wall of the vein. The device and method find particular advantageous application for treating preeclampsia or hypertension associated with obesity.
