Publication number: 20220211230Abstract: Apparatus and a method for removing particulate matter from an enclosure having an internal space and an opening into the internal space. The apparatus includes: a cover positionable over the opening; an inlet conduit that extends through the cover and is adapted to direct gas from a gas source to a gas outlet within the internal space so that particulate matter within the internal space is dislodged. Gas and entrained particulate matter is drawn from the internal space firstly through an outlet conduit and the particular matter is separated. Concentration of particulate matter in gas leaving the enclosed space is sensed and its value displayed to an operator so that operation can continue until a satisfactory value of the concentration is achieved. The gas outlet may be comprised in an elongate lance that is passed through the cover and can be manipulated by a user. The lance may display data.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 21, 2020Publication date: July 7, 2022Inventors: David Collins, James Brett, James Forsyth, Callum Maltby

Patent number: 11014702Abstract: The present invention relates to a device holding box flaps open and down along the box side walls, and allowing for secure box stacking. The device has two sides joined at a right angle at a junction. The device has an inside wall with two sections. The device has an outside wall with two sections. The inside and outside walls are joined with a rail, also having two sections. The inside wall is perpendicular to the rail, and the outside wall is divergent from the inside all relative to the rail. The inside wall, outside wall and rail define a cavity that can be slid onto a box to hold two flaps in an open position. A rim with two sections upstands from the rail. The rim is located on the middle of the rail so that a bottom of a stacked box is stacked in a secure manner.Type: GrantFiled: July 19, 2019Date of Patent: May 25, 2021Assignee: Eco-Latch Systems, LLCInventors: Jack David Wilson, Kyle Andre Kummer, Elise Prior Wilson, James Forsythe Wilson, III

Patent number: 10737829Abstract: The present invention relates to a box fastener. The box fastener can have sides with both a top piece and a bottom piece that are separated by a gap. The bottom piece is deformable along its length. The bottom piece has a hole that is either offset or enlarged compared to a corresponding hole in the top piece to accommodate the arcuate path of a curved piercing element of arm. A seal can be provided between the top and bottom piece. The piercing element optionally can puncture the seal and the seal can be fastened around the arm that is in the locked position. Unlocking of the arm will break the seal thereby revealing evidence of an unlocking event. The fastener has a bottom with grips having angled distal surfaces. The grips provide increasing levels of grip as the thickness of the box increases, and vice versa.Type: GrantFiled: December 5, 2018Date of Patent: August 11, 2020Assignee: Eco-Latch Systems, LLCInventors: Jack David Wilson, Thomas Jon Wilcox, James Forsythe Wilson, III
