    Abstract: A miniature thick-film hybrid voltage multiplier comprising a metallized ceramic substrate, silicon diodes, and wire bonded electrical connections. The ceramic metallization patterns provide the required capacitors, appropriate diode soldering areas, and most circuit connections. The remaining circuit connections are made by bonding wires to provide for either series or parallel multiplier circuit arrangements.
