  • Patent number: 6131311
Abstract: An insole insert comprises a body having a bottom portion, a heel edge, a lateral side edge, a medial side edge, a depression portion spaced generally centrally beneath the user's first metatarsal phalangeal joint, a heel portion formed along the heel lateral side edges and extending forwardly to just rearwardly of the user's fifth metatarsal phalangeal joint, and an arch portion formed along the medial side edge and extending forwardly to just rearwardly of the depression portion. The heel portion and the arch portion, which form a channel that is laterally angularly offset relative to the insole insert, are configured to cooperatively redistribute the normally greater weight-generated forces applied to the inner and more bony regions of the user's heel outwardly toward the outer and more fleshy regions of the user's heel.

  • Patent number: 5181236
Abstract: A method of automatically returning calls to callers (18) who have recorded a message in an ACD mail (22C) controlled message bin (22D) of a voice response unit (22) in response to a stored announcement in an announcement table (22B) selected in accordance with call statistics in a statistics table (22A) from an automatic call distributor (12) to provide the caller with queue information when no agent stations (14) are available. • Patent number: 4984304
Abstract: An undergarment is fabricated with a body portion of a size and configuration to cover the lower torso of a person and with an upper body encircling opening and lower leg encircling openings. The garment is further sized to extend from proximate a person's waist to proximate where a person's legs join their lower torso and so as to cover at least the lower buttock cheeks of a person. Inside panels extend down and within each side of the panty and then in an arc across the area thereof to be disposed proximate a person's lower buttock cheeks. A relatively thin piece of foam rubber is sewn between the inside panel and the body portion fabric in the area thereof to be disposed proximate a persons buttock cheeks to shape and uplift the buttock cheeks. In an alternate embodiment the inside panel only extends across the area of the lower buttock cheeks.

  • Patent number: 4958446
Abstract: A disposable sandal is adapted to apply an advertising message repeatedly into sandy soil at a beach or the like. The sandal is formed of sheet material, and a pair of blind-ended slits in the sheet material define an elongate stem and a strap integral with and extending to either side of the stem. The sheet material is sufficiently flexible that the stem and strap can be raised by hand from the general plane of the sheet material. The stem is received between the wearer's toes and the strap is fitted over the wearer's foot to retain the sandal. The sandal has a lower exposed surface with projections defining a mirror image of the advertising message. The projections are sufficiently large that the advertising message is stamped repeatedly into the soil in a form intelligible to the unassisted human eye, as the wearer walks.
