    Abstract: A method and system performs an analysis to compare and evaluate the performance of an investment portfolio. The method and system includes fiscal data realignment and multiple holdings date evaluations for fundamental financial analyses for each stock in the investment portfolio. The fundamental financial analysis can include a negative base number inclusion process and uses financial data for the stocks selected from comparable weighted time periods, each weighted time period including holdings of the investment portfolio as of each time period, thereby generating a more accurate evaluation of the investment portfolio.
