  • Publication number: 20150084834
Abstract: A positive contact antenna push pin, an antenna push pin assembly that includes a positive contact antenna push pin, and an antenna that includes an antenna push pin assembly with a positive contact antenna push pin are provided. The positive contact antenna push pin can include a head and a shaft adjacent to the head, the shaft having a major axis along a length thereof and a minor axis along a width thereof, wherein a surface of a base of the shaft is non-parallel and non-perpendicular to both the major axis and the minor axis of the shaft.

  • Patent number: 6987487
Abstract: An antenna assembly for emitting a signal. The antenna assembly includes at least two antennas which are separated into a first group and a second group. Both groups of antennas are mounted on a panel. A first phase adjuster is coupled to the fist antenna group. The first phase adjuster is also coupled to a second phase adjuster, which is also coupled to said second antenna group. The first phase adjuster is coupled to the second phase adjuster, such that an adjustment of the first phase adjuster causes an adjustment of the second phase adjuster. The first phase adjuster is adapted to adjust a phase angle of the signal of the first antenna group, while the second phase adjuster is adapted to adjust a phase angle of the signal of said second antenna group.

  • Publication number: 20050285702
Abstract: A waveguide adaptor assembly with interface and waveguide ends for coupling an end of a waveguide with a desired interface configuration. The assembly including a flange adaptor adapted to receive the end of the waveguide. An outer shoulder projecting radially from the interface end of the flange adaptor is adapted to mate with a recessed area formed in the waveguide end of an interface. A pair of retaining groove(s) on opposing sides of the recessed area co-operating with each other and adapted to receive a retainer that, pressing upon a waveguide end of the outer shoulder as it is inserted, biases the interface end of the flange adaptor against the recessed area. The interface having the desired interface configuration at the interface end.

  • Publication number: 20050026574
Abstract: In an amplifier system having two or more different amplifier sub-systems, the input signal to at least one of the amplifier sub-systems is pre-distorted based on the combined output signal from the two or more amplifier sub-systems. In one embodiment, each other amplifier sub-system pre-distorts its input signal based on only its own output signal. In one operational scenario, during initial operations, each amplifier sub-system separately pre-distorts its input signal based on only its own output signal. After pre-distortion has settled, one of the amplifier sub-systems is switched to pre-distort its input signal based on the combined output signal, while the other amplifier sub-systems continue to pre-distort their input single based on only their own output signals.
