  • Publication number: 20210042854
Abstract: A system for providing trusted performance feedback and experiential learning is disclosed. The system may include receiving, from a first user, feedback related to the effectiveness of a second user relating to participation by the second user in an event. The system may assign the information to avatars of the first and second users. To ensure a user's information remains private to that user, the avatars may be anonymized virtual representations of the first and second users within a virtual social network. Based on an analysis of the information, the system may generate condition state data for the avatars for the first and second users respectively. The condition state data may be time series variables that represent a relationship of the avatars. Based on the condition state data, the system may provide a recommendation or report to the second user for improving the second user's effectiveness at a future event.

  • Patent number: 9958905
Abstract: An apparatus, system, and cluster for vertically docking interactive devices. The apparatus includes a pair of device docking hooks (DDHs), which temporarily couple to and secure an interactive device onto a vertical surface. In addition to the apparatus, the system may include one or more device locking mount(s) (DLMs) coupled to the interactive device, which further secures the interactive device to a static vertical surface. The coupling between each of the one or more DLM(s) and the interactive device may take the form of, for example, a magnetic attachment, a hook and loop fabric attachment, a spring loaded hook, a simple gravity induced friction attachment (e.g., a resting pad), etc. Alternatively, in addition to the apparatus, the system may include a device locking apparatus (DLA), which when engaged may further secure the interactive device to an articulating vertical surface.

  • Patent number: 9158727
Abstract: An exemplary method and system of addressing an integrated circuit within a daisy chain network. In the exemplary method, the address of the integrated circuit may be initialized to a predetermined initial address. The integrated circuit may receive a command that includes a type identifier and an address field. Based on the type identifier, the type of command may be determined. As a result of the determination, reading the address from the address field. The read address may be stored in a register. The address may be modified, and may be output. Upon receipt of the data or a command, the integrity of the data including data within the received command, may be confirmed by an error checking algorithm.

  • Patent number: 7801992
Abstract: A system for controlling the bandwidth allocated to a network connection between two nodes. The system receives a bandwidth change request, and generates and sends control commands to network switches of the connection in order to satisfy the change request. A bandwidth control interface, available over the Internet, has code for generating a display of bandwidths available for selection; code for receiving a bandwidth selection chosen from the bandwidths; and code for sending the change request to the network to adjust the bandwidth on the basis of the selection. The interface provides a bandwidth dial representation of the bandwidths that can be selected.
