  • Patent number: 11966402
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for processing data via a data profiling process. Data profiling can include modifying attributes included in source data and identifying aspects of the source data. The data profiling process can include processing an attribute according to a set of validation rules to validate information included in the attribute. The process can also include processing the attribute according to a set of standardization rules to modify the attribute into a standardized format. The process can also include processing the attribute according to a set of rules engines. The modified attributes can be outputted for further processing. The data profiling process can also include deriving a value score and usage rank of an attribute, which can be used in deriving insights into the source data.

  • Publication number: 20190332558
Abstract: A power circuit is added at a host that determines that a native protocol using a given lane within a tunneled environment has entered a low-power state and provides a throttle instruction to a router in the host. The router may then transmit on fewer lanes. The reduction in the number of lanes used reduces power consumption, thus preserving the value associated with the native protocol entering the low-power state.

  • Patent number: 6166773
Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for converting interlaced video fields of arbitrary size to progressive scan format video frames of arbitrary size. The method and apparatus of the invention provide consistent conversion quality even while output video dimensions are scaled in real-time. According to a first aspect of the invention the space between output lines is calculated with respect to the input fields. According to a second aspect, the output line spacing information is used to calculate the final line positions in a progressive scan output frame.

  • Patent number: 5594676
Abstract: A system is provided for performing real-time warping in one or two dimensions (eg. dynamic zoom and shrink in both horizontal and vertical directions), and temporal warping of image frames (eg. fast motion and slow motion). The system accomplishes warping with proper Nyquist bandlimiting. Three different processes are performed in sequence to create the warped image according to the present invention. The first process maps a desired target pixel or frame spacing to an appropriate FIR filter wherein the size of the FIR filter is chosen based on the desired target pixel or frame spacing. Once the filter is chosen, a second process creates an appropriate number of upsampled pixels, lines or frames based on the input source pixels, lines or frames. The last process multiplies the correct filter coefficients from the first process with the interpolated pixels, lines or frames from the second process, resulting in correctly Nyquist bandlimited target pixels, lines or frames.
