    Abstract: An insulated panel such as a door panel assembly comprising a frame which consists of a plurality of hollow plastic moulded elements having a panel mounted in the frame. The elements of the frame are secured with respect to one another by a body of foamed plastic material which fills the hollow chambers which are formed in the plastic moulding elements and extends continuously between the abutting ends of the plastic moulding elements.
