Abstract: Compositions are disclosed herein comprising a graft copolymer that comprises: (i) a backbone comprising dextran that has been modified with about 1%-25% alpha-1,2 branches, and (ii) one or more alpha-1,3-glucan side chains comprising at least about 50% alpha-1,3 glycosidic linkages. Further disclosed are reactions for producing such graft copolymers, as well as their use in derivatives, films and various other applications.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer program product for managing a game can include: receiving, by at least one electronic computer processor, a request to establish a game; establishing the game, including: authenticating a plurality of authorized users; unlocking a plurality of unit devices to provide each of the unit devices to each of the plurality of authorized users from at least one station; and/or managing the game between the plurality of unit devices. The system can include a service provider system. The system can include a station, which can include one or more skates, configured to receive and/or removably lock and unlock a unit device via an exemplary lock and latch mechanism. The station can wirelessly communicate with the unit devices and can be in communication with the service provider system for authentication and/or electronic payment system transactions. The unit device in one embodiment is a laser tag unit device.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method receives a portion of a bundle of preview images for a video being played and starts to decode the portion of the bundle of preview images. An input is received for a location in the video. The method determines if a preview image corresponding to the location has been decoded from the bundle of preview images. When the preview image corresponding to the location has been decoded, the preview image corresponding to the location is displayed. When the preview image corresponding to the location has not been decoded, the method switches from decoding the portion of the bundle of preview images at a first position to decoding the portion of the bundle of preview images at a second position corresponding to the location.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for analyzing current in an integrated circuit under test is described. In one example, an image from detected photon emissions from the integrated circuit is generated. A first intensity of the photon emissions at a first region in the image indicative of a first current having a known magnitude is determined. A second intensity of the photon emissions at a second region in the image indicative of a second current is determined. A magnitude of the second current is estimated from the first intensity, the second intensity, and the known magnitude of the first current.
