Abstract: A forward and rearward support assembly each have a vertical fixed post with upper and intermediate apertures and a pair of vertical reciprocable posts with upper and lower and intermediate apertures. Each support assembly has an upper and a lower oscillating plate. Each plate has an upper aperture. An upper pivot pin extends there through and through the apertures of the fixed posts. Each plate has a pair of laterally aligned lower apertures. Each plate has lower pivot pins. The lower pivot pins extend there through and through intermediate and lower apertures of the reciprocable posts. A forward and a rearward cradle and pivot pins couple the cradles and upper apertures of the reciprocable posts.

Abstract: A semi-enclosed applicator for distributing a substance onto a target surface including a first side having a first internal surface and a first external surface, a second side having a second internal surface and a second external surface, an internal cavity between said first and second sides, at least one externally accessible opening, and a flexible film reservoir containing a product. At least a portion of the flexible film reservoir of said flexible film reservoir is disposed between said external surfaces of said first side and said second side.

Abstract: A composition which is curable to an elastomer comprising (1) a siloxane gum having a Williams plasticity of at least 100 mm/100 at 25.degree. C., (2) a reinforcing silica filler, (3) a copolymer of R.sub.3 SiO.sub.0.5 units and SiO.sub.2 units in which R represent a monovalent hydrocarbon group having less than 7 carbon atoms, (4) mica and (5) an organic peroxide curing agent.The compositions are useful for providing fire resistant insulation on electrical equipment.
