Patent number: 11660646Abstract: A fluid delivery system or method for the same may include features or steps for dispensing, via a nozzle, a first fluid from a first fluid storage tank of at least two fluid storage tanks. The fluid storage tanks may be separately fluidly coupled to a manifold via respective fluid supply lines. A fluid delivery line fluidly may couple the nozzle to the manifold. A residual first fluid may remain within the delivery line after the dispensing step. The system or method may further include features or steps for connecting the nozzle to a clearance tank. A clearance outlet line may fluidly couple the clearance tank to the manifold. The system or method may further include features or steps for purging the residual first fluid from the fluid delivery line into the clearance tank and delivering the residual first fluid from the clearance tank to the first fluid storage tank.Type: GrantFiled: November 3, 2020Date of Patent: May 30, 2023Assignee: OILMEN'S TRUCK TANKS, INC.Inventors: John P. Faris, Jr., Robert J. Strong, James H. Hill, III

Patent number: 10754986Abstract: A communication device includes a memory to store a contact list, a communication, and tagged contacts and tagged communication form of the tagged contacts; a processor to receive an incoming communication transmitted to the communication device determine identification information from the incoming communication; and determine if the incoming communication meets a criterion for a third party user of the communication device to view the incoming communication. To determine if the incoming communication meets the criterion, the processor compares the determined identification information from the incoming communication to the tagged communication form of the tagged contacts. If the incoming communication meets the criterion, then the processor displays the incoming communication, and if the incoming communication does not meet the criterion, then the processor does not display the incoming communication.Type: GrantFiled: March 23, 2018Date of Patent: August 25, 2020Assignee: COVER COMMUNICATIONS, LLC.Inventors: William A. Liggins, Clarence B. McCollum, James H. Hill

Patent number: 6206032Abstract: High pressure check valves and fittings, including button head fittings, sealant fittings, and lubrication adapters, that are equipped with dynamically self-centering plungers. Each metallic fitting comprises a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. The inlet end of each may be configured to be mechanically engaged by high pressure hoses, grease guns, or the like. The outlet end is configured, as by threading, for coupling to the desired application. The inlet and outlet are in fluid flow communication, and meet at an internal valve seat. A steel ball forms the check valve element. The ball is dynamically controlled and centered by a dynamic plunger coaxially and slidably disposed in the fitting. A return spring coaxially mounted on the plunger normally urges the ball and the plunger towards the valve seat to close the fitting. A plunger crown is integral with an elongated, dual-diameter shaft. A conical depression in the crown seats the ball for centering.Type: GrantFiled: July 11, 2000Date of Patent: March 27, 2001Inventor: James H. Hill

Patent number: 6125718Abstract: An automatic, power-driven appliance loosens screw type lids from jars of varying sizes and shapes. A vertically upright housing is placed upon a flat, supporting surface like a counter-top or the like. The lower housing base as a frictional pad for engaging the jar. A spaced apart, movable head is constrained for vertical movements within the container chamber defined by the housing. The head is lowered or raised by a motor driving a lead-screw system. A rotatable friction chuck mounted in the head contacts and rotates the lid to be loosened. The friction chuck comprises a hollow drive shaft and means for shining Laser light through it to center a container to be opened. The start button should be pushed after centering a jar within the housing chamber, whereupon an automatic opening sequence commences.Type: GrantFiled: December 18, 1998Date of Patent: October 3, 2000Inventor: James H. Patent number: 4977927Abstract: A high pressure lubricant fitting or check valve comprises an internal retainer generally in the form of a parallelipiped to prevent spring deformation and undesired plugging off during use. An inlet connects to a high pressure grease source for introduction of grease through an inlet passageway axially aligned with a larger diameter outlet passageway. The passageways are separated by a valve seat. A rigid retainer threadably mounts within the outlet passageway and defines dual flow paths of similar dimension and configuration. A ball valve which selectively blocks the valve seat to control fluid flow is biased by a spring coaxially mounted upon a rigid stem emanating from the retainer. Fluid flow is established about the outer periphery of the valve ball and around the spring and through the dual flow paths. In response to inputted lubricants, the ball and spring are forcibly deflected downwardly and limited by the rigid stem.Type: GrantFiled: January 16, 1990Date of Patent: December 18, 1990Inventor: James H. Patent number: 4076005Abstract: An archery bow having a pair of bow limbs pivotally connected together in end-to-end relationship, whereby the bow limbs can be folded so that the backs of the respective bow limbs face each other. The interconnected end portions of the bow limbs are preferrably enlarged with respect to the remainder thereof forming a handle portion of the bow. The handle end portions are provided with passageways therethrough extending from the bellyside to the backside thereof. An endless bowstring extends from the backside of the bow through the passageways in the handle end portion of the bow and around the ends of the respective bow limbs. The bow limbs can also comprise a pair of flexible, elongate members attached, respectively, to the backsides of the limb members to extend inwardly from the tip ends thereof, with their inwardly extending ends being firmly secured to the respective limb members.Type: GrantFiled: August 2, 1976Date of Patent: February 28, 1978Inventor: James H.
